Well this week has sure been hectic. I leave tonight for America and my friends have been organising various things to do before I go, which I must say is incredibly sweet of them.
On thursday it was Joe's turn to spend some time with me, and he did it was tremendous aplomb. He took me to Legoland Windsor. Now, Joe and I have gone to Legoland three times before, but that was when both of us we're very young and would find anything excitable, we instantly reverted back to children, the types that would point and loudly go "OOH! LET'S GO ON THAT ONE!" much to the annoyance of any parent that was accompanying us at the time.

Joe racing me in lego racers and actually beating me!
But it was just me and him this time, and it was all hashed together very quickly, meaning that I had to get up at 6.00 in the morning to be driven to Chingford, catch a train into walthamstow central, catch another train into Vauxhall, catch ANOTHER train from Vauxhall to Windsor and THEN catch a shuttlebus to legoland. I must say, the transport really wore us down, especially sitting in THE QUIET COACH of the train with a group of roudy children that we're clearly NOT quiet, but ahem I digress....
We did all the usual bits, we went on pirate falls, we went on the dragon, we did laser raiders, we went a lot of water rides, mainly because it was ridiculously hot and we needed cooling off. This we did in the gaming pod as well which had the latest selection of lego computer games, at the entrance was a massive lego Indiana Jones which was SO awesome!

We also went on the Dragon rollercoaster which was our mutual favourite the last time we went, it did not disappoint. It was still as exciting as it always has been. The dragon coaster is set in a medieval section of the park, there was a gift shop with various knight-themed merchandise, I could resist modelling it for you.

Anyway we had a great time, and spent LOADS of money in the shop, the return journey home was bearable, we went back to chingford and noticed a Pipistrell bat (The smallest in the world) hanging on someone's porch so I had to take a piccie.

Cute little guy isn't he?
Thanks Joe for making my last week so memorable!
